The association has a regular membership of approximately 150 investor-owned water companies, serving from 1 to 45,000 customers. The purpose of the Association has been to protect the interests of the investor-owned water companies; by keeping them informed relative to the general conditions and/or changes within the water industry. You don't have to own, or be affiliated with, a private water company to be a member of the WUAA. Anyone with a desire to be a member and would like to help protect the interests of the investor-owned water companies is welcome to join.
